  UNSER SONG FÜR ÖSTERREICH
Unser Song für Östereich is the German selection for the North Vision Song Contest 24.
Following a 23rd place in the grand final in Stockholm, NDR can now reveal further information regarding the German national selection. Unlike previously announced, the press conference has been canceled due to scheduling issues. However, NDR has put together an exciting announcement show at the channel's program "Das!".

Alina: "I've had the best experience of my life, really! These past weeks have been life-changing for me. I had an album come out in October called "Die Einzige" and it does really good on the charts! I've played my first own tour and it was the best thing you can ask for as a singer to have people come out to your shows. Thanks to each and everyone who thought it was worth spending an evening with my music!"
Schöneberger: "Sounds like you're having a really good time. I've heard that there's something you want to announce on this show though..."
Alina: "Oh sure! Listen everyone, I had the best time of my life in Sweden. And as I know that my result hasn't been the best, I want to prove everyone that I can do better! So you might've guessed it by now, I'm going to compete at the national selection for a second time!"

Our third contestant jumped up the iTunes charts in Germany and gained lots of airplay in the past weeks.. obviously being noticed by our selection panel, which I'd like to thank for their extraordinary work listening to thousands of submissions!"
