The  Moldovan music industry is pretty big though.  Compared to some micro or poor states like the ones from Africa, yes Compared to Romanian one, not at all. |

Mihai and Mimis both are right this time! Singers that are from one nationality, but for example live in a different country should be allowed firstly for the nationality side and if the person (who represents that country) doesn't mind, then user who owns the country the singer lives in (but isn't originally from there) - can use it. (I hope I said it clear enough - don't get me wrong!  ) BUT! There comes another side of this - when a singer/duo/band is in a collaboration with singer/duo/band from another country, then no one has advantage - it's up for grabs for both sides (or maybe even more than 2 sides)! In collabs there will always be the smaller/bigger country situation (with a few exceptions) In this situation it's a collab, so I say both sides have equal rights to use it!  |
