Oh no man, is this a joke? even though I agree with you, someone who sent Ouch! last edition can't really complain  Well man I'm not asking about the song, also LeKlein won twice the Spanish NF and I like her as artist. I was asking about the fact of a Spanish song representing Andorra |

Afaik borrowing is allowed in the contest, but from certain regions. I remember for example  Luxembourg was able to borrow from West Belgium (?) and a German state but it's better if the hosts can clarify this better for me.  Obviously, sending native singers is more encouraged (like Luxembourg does). |

Just for this discussion to end here...We have discussed this with the only player who is involved in this, that one being the  Spanish player and we have contacted the player for  Andorra about it.

Yes exactly, generally we hosts agreed that micro-nations can borrow, as it kinda affects the player of Spain though, we're currently trying to find a satisfying arrangement there. I swear so much fuss in the last days here, if this continues this thread soon has more posts than the one of last edition before the semi-finals have begun.  |

She is legitimate to sing this because of her Italian roots, but it's a pity we won't have the original version in Retro WWWSC.  |

Andorra returns to the festival with energy and desire! For my first time as andorran HoD i'll send a group singing a ballad in catalan

I know this because I have translated both of the lyrics, so I can tell you its not a cover. The lyrics are completely different. |
