 KINGDOVANIA CONFIRMS AS SUBMISSIONS OPEN FOR THE NEXT EDITION
Despite a fourth non-qualification in a row, KRTV is still up in the running to search for a act worthy to be the next qualifier.
Currently, KRTV is planning a internal selection, but if things looks brighter with the submissions, a national selection could also be in consideration.

 SCANDAVIA RETURNS WITH UNSER SONG DUELS!
SKRF confirmed that the submission phase for Unser Song Duels #11 has already started, therefore Scandavia will compete at the upcoming Fantasia Contest. This time, the national selection format will change slightly. The first round with 14 songs, aswell as its wildcard will be removed. The new first round will start with 8 songs and will have 4 qualifiers. Out of the four semi-finalists, 2 entries will battle each other off in the Finals! Previous winners of the selection - Robot Koch, Savannah Jo Lack and Delhia de France - brought Scandavia's best result in the Fantasia Contest so far. After internal changes of the channel, SKRF is happy to announce that Unser Song Duels will be a continuous national selection for further editions.

  NEWS FROM PASHLANAHUY After a one-edition-absence from the Fantasia Contest due to a disqualification, PQB is proud to announce the return to the contest which was already long awaited by the Pashi public.
The next entry will most likely be selected internally due to schedule issues.
While the Pashi delegation will select the successor of Emelie Hollow which sadly finished pre-last in Danskanksova, the Pashi broadcaster PQB will of course broadcast the edition in our neighbour country Aquia!

 Aquia to change their plans?
Due to the previous announcement, the Aquian broadcaster has changed its mind.
Some days ago, the head of delegation of the Aquian team, Aless de Macedo said:
Today, it was confirmed by the broadcaster team that a National Selection will take place with six of the artists' song, who has already approved their participation. The selection is estimated to start next week.

 The Fantasia Contest confirmed to move to the TRLK 2, LMF #11 to be held ! Days after the annoucement of the move of most of the divertissement-like programs like the Fantasia Contest, the TRLK has announced to held a press conference concerning these changes on the 2 January 2018.
On this press conference, we'll skip most of it until the part concerning the Fantasia Contest. And yes, this has been confirmed that the Fantasia Contest will be moving from the TRLK 1 to the TRLK 2 starting from the 11th edition of the contest. Before the changes, only the Semi-Finals where  Lakadamia
had no possibility to vote were broadcasted on the TRLK 2 started from the 7th edition. But this is now confirmed that both the Semi-Final where Lakadamia will participate, and the Grand Final of FC will be broadcasted there from now on. However, concerning another set of news about the Fantasia Contest, it was the confirmation that despite the failure of the selection last edition, it was confirmed that another edition of the Lakadamia Music Festival, the eighth, will be held for choosing the Lakadamian entry in the Fantasia Contest.  The selection is planning to be exactly be held like LMF #10, 5 Songs in Frajisian, 5 in Engju and a last one in a different languagage, however, some rumors claims that the Gold Final will be removed, and it will start quite soon, so stay tuned. |
