Azerbaijan decided to send the most recent entry to the upcoming edition of Retro WWWSC, that is 'Qara-qara' by Arzum. As we have entered into 2018, we now have possibility to send songs from 2008 as well, and Azerbaijan decided to use this right for the first time. However, the quality of the audio in the first video is very low, hence I kindly ask you to use this video for the recap:
