Wow! That is the quickest submissions for a contest I have ever seen Most editions the places are all taken within a few hours. I assume it's a bit slower this edition because of the break |

This time we have 5 returning countries and 4 returning players, those are:  Bosnia & Harzegovina  Malta  Philippines  Switzerland welcome back and welcome to the contest  CHAE WITH A C  As we have been full since the 27th edition, that means some didn't make it, so the withdrawing are  Argentina  Brazil  Morocco  Netherlands and  Taiwan. They are all welcome to send their entries until the end of today, and/or vote in the current edition (as RoTW).
