Her biggest modern music inspirations come from Lorde and Dua Lipa, which is reflected in her unique approach to pop music. In these days without any clear British representation in the contest, Maryon applied to represent Moldova instead of her new home country and was granted the right to perform as the fifth automatic qualifier in the history of the country.
