Indeed, they are.

Cole Randall (the male) is from Minneapolis, US, and

Shpresa Lleshaj (the female) is from Stockholm, but from Albanian parents (you can basically tell that by looking at her name). So eligible to be used. I was over the moon, when they got suggested to me too

VRT can officially announce the Belgian representative for the North Vision Song Contest 25 which will be held in Morocco.
Sam Renascent was chosen internally to represent the country with his song "Kobotama". Sam is a young multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer. He brings charisma and energy to his performances. He has performed on stages at world famous festivals such as Tomorrowland & Laundry Day. Sam makes a combination of electronic pop music with Afro/American beats. "Kobotama" is a connection between his life in Europe and his African roots.
