Switzerland returns to NVSC!

Following a series of poor results and a potential PQR experience, SSR has today decided that Switzerland will be returning to the North Vision Song Contest under a provisional delegation.

Since the 20th edition, Switzerland has consistently struggled to advance further than the semifinal. Results had gradually descended further down, to the point where Switzerland withdrew entirely after a PQR-worthy place in the 23rd edition.

Following the dismal result in #23, Switzerland withdrew from the contest after the delegation disbanded - as an atmosphere of hopelessness and insignificance was cast upon Switzerland's participation in North Vision.

In the past few weeks, however, talks have been held with officials from SRG SSR and Swiss NVSC fanclubs in order to salvage as much success and revenue as possible out of the contest. In the end, the temporary delegation will consist of a mixture of newly-promoted SRG employees and financiers, as well as a mixture of fanclub heads and underground musicians.

A statement from the new delegation also warned Swiss and worldwide fans of NVSC "not to expect immediate prosperous change," and also said that they would "take a gamble and set a goal for the next permanent delegation."

The delegation said that more details about the Swiss entry will be announced on May 19 - it is unclear how much information will be revealed.

Cairo, Egypt - Egypt to withdraw from the 25th edition of the contest, due to lack of money and lack of singers interested to take part at the contest.
A comeback is very possible in the 26th or the 27th edition of the contest.

real reason; bassically there's a month till my final exams and since i've been studying since summer, so summer 2017 was a disaster for me, i didn't enjoy it that much, i will be enjoying summer of 2018 to the fullest, without having any worries of any exam or any school indebtedness. so i will be inactive this summer too, since i'm gonna spend my free time with friends and family and bassically on vacations, concerts and getting my life together, cause god this whole year i've been gaining more weight, looking uglier, having breakdowns, so i need to get it together and me healthier both mentally and physsically.
