24th   Well these special editions don't usually go well for me anyway so i don't mind also i tend to focus more on the regular editions anyway and send the most important ones there  thanks for those 39 points anyway   Overall very good results i must say and a very good winner congrats tbh this sounded to me like a legit winning entry and i was right for once i personally like it a lot so i am happy and good to see my   do well too so that is two of my highest points in top 3 See you in #51 then i am sure with some much better song i hope atleast and a result of course Also thanks for another great edition Laurinda |

Sorry for running away so unexpectedly, but I just wanted to see and focus more on the show that I was watching at the same time... now that the show finished, I can write my thoughts about the results! So... First of all, congratz to  Spain for winning! As I already mentioned in my prediction, there was a chance that a surprise winner will be in this edition (despite 3 big wales AKA the most popular songs of the edition)... even though I didn't give a single point to the winner, I still like the song... it's just always hard to vote in this contest, because usually I like most songs (I'm just so old-school)! So congratz! BTW, when there was only  USA left to vote, I was clear about the winner, because there was no chance for me to get from that user more points than you did in this edition! Secondly, thank you everyone for a surprising  2nd place! I definitely didn't expect top3! The biggest surprise was that I beat all 3 "big wales"! Thank's for every point I got and thank's to Hayastantzi92 for a suggestion! It's also your 2nd place  In general I'm pretty happy about the results, because most songs in top10 got my points See you in Spain!  |

 6th!  That came very unexpected. I mean it was my goal to improve my best result in a Retro special edition, but didn't expect to do it so sharply lmao. Also I love how I got 17 more points than I did in #10, #20, #30 and #40 together.  But anyway thanks everyone who voted for me. Especially USA for  . The results are quite good in general as I voted for 4/5 songs in top 5 (3 of them getting top 4 points from me) and the lowest one to receive points from me finished 17th. Spain is a bit an unexpected, but it's alright winner. I love how I was the 16th voter, yet the first one to vote for it, but not give it .  Latvia's a very overrated one honestly. I mean it's a beautiful song, but then again very weird. UK and  Ireland are expected, but I'm a little bit surprised that they didn't make it both to the top 3 while  Slovenia came out of nowhere too. |

It´s true I don´t give points but you were my 12th so not so far away from getting some I wasn't really focusing on "you don't give me points", but more on "I would definitely get less than Ivo" But hey - I'm not unhappy about that, because I know people would be more unhappy about me winning (this edition) than Spain, so this time I'm completely ok with that |

Thank you so much to everybody that gave Spain a single point. I did not expect a top10, so imagine a victory, my second victory wow. To select this song i checked the whole album of Mónica Naranjo and I was so unsure abount sending this song :$ My  went for who got 2nd , congrats !!! My wifi sucked so hard so I missed the whole recap and half of the voting and when I FINALLY joined the room I was like WTF is happening here ? Thank you sosossosossssso much to       See you the next edition in TBA, (idk which city should host  ) |

The Spanish victory is deserved. Seeing my winning is quite rare... I personally don't like the songs from (the sound of his voice) and from (it reminds me too much his boys band period). The French results are finally quite disappointing, completing a series of 5 times out of the top 10. The worst is that the scenario of several recent results occurred again: I was in the top 10 at the beginning (and even took the lead) but I finally got kicked out due to an incredible series of 12/13  in the end. I chose the song with the idea that you would be surprised to see that it was actually French, but on the other hand the association between the song and The Virgin Suicides is so strong that people who never saw this masterpiece may not like the song. This decade was good or bad for France, depending on which statistics you consider. 8/10 times on the left side of the ranking and an average ranking of 12.6 (it was 16.6 the previous decade) may be considered as a quite good result (but very far from the results of countries like Germany, Canada or even Finland). Unfortunately, the three 12th places, the 13th place and the 15th place brought 0 point in the ranking of nations, and the gap with the top 10 of this ranking has increased a lot. I don't know what is the most frustrating: having a huge flop or being very close to the top 10 but most of the time on the wrong side. I just hope that you'll like more the songs I prepared for the editions 51-59. But I only choose the songs, I don't make the votes, so you will decide if it's finally time for the French remontada or not. |
