Omg!  Russia and  Croatia both made it. They were both my favourite in their match.  Btw. can I just mark the fact that Russia made it so far despite being the lowest ranked team before the World cup.  They were the lowest team since they had no qualification matches and only friendlies before the WC, which get you less points in the world ranking. |

This prediction round is not going my way whatsoever (score-wise)... I don't understanc myself - when I don't play any prediction games, I am pretty good at predicting correct score (not only in football), but when I start participating somewhere, then I suddenly struggle... really weird...  |

I feel bad for  Japan now but at least I predicted the right goal difference so I'm getting points! I also predicted  to win, but by 1-0 (missed the  by one goal in the last few minutes - thanks  ).  for me today! |

Fair play to Japan! It's sad to see them go out, because they played very well and would deserve to be in 1/4 in place of a few other teams for sure. About the result - I guessed that  Belgium will score 3 goals, just didn't expect Japan to score some as well... The same with the first game - I guessed 2 goals for Brazil, just this time  Mexico didn't score the 1 goal that I needed for perfect guess... |

Noooo Japan didn't deserve to loose like that. :/ I mean in terms of the opponents I was indifferent tonight, but still. :/ I'm also sad for Mexico. Since 1994 they're always eliminated at this point! I didn't see the match, but they deserved to qualify just for that. |
