Welcome to the OGAE Second Chance Contest 7!
The purpose of the contest is to give a second chance to those who have failed
their national selection for the 7th Europa Song Contest. Obviously, only countries
who had organized a national selection is allowed to compete, which if you remember,
I made a statement saying:

confirms! NS Jury Application will be opening shortly.Also, I encourage everyone to make a national selection, for I will be organizing a second chance contest. Confirmations for that will also open very soon. 
So since it is still the start of the 7th edition confirmations, I hope more
countries will be able to manage a successful national selection, and
be able to participate here. Anyways, confirmations will start, but
once you're done with your selections, you may start sending in your
entries!

Also, please don't expect something fancy as I am not really good at making videos, but
instead good at playlists.
