USA: At work we recently agreed that this was literally the point she should've stopped singing. Holy guacamole, I believed one instant that this edition was hosted in Corsica.  The reason is because the Moor's head is used on these two flags: 
Corsica | 
Sardinia |
You can also notice that the Corsican Moor looks towards the left while the Sardinian ones look towards the right. |
