For me I won't allow this. The only country rule for me is that one singer can represent a country only with roots or parents that born there. It makes no sense that for example Sealand is represented by Adele JUST for one edition because  UK is already occupied. |

Good point aswell,  Rick  For instance,  Faroe Islands are actually rich for musicians on it's native location Examples: Linda Andrews, Anna 'Faroe' Nygaard, Brandur Enni, The Dreams, Eivør and  Lena Andersen |

I saw a contest with Hawaii in it. I almost sent a message because Hawaii is a state. It would be like Pennsylvania or North Carolina entering. In my contest, which will start in November, will NOT allow U.S. Virgin Islands or even Puerto Rico. I personally wouldn't allow those territories. Myvision was the contest with Hawaii
