Will Catalonia be able to participate within Eurovision, if they become independent?

Did it frighten you, how we kissed when we danced on the light up floor?

For me I won't allow this. The only country rule for me is that one singer can represent a country only with roots or parents that born there. It makes no sense that for example Sealand is represented by Adele JUST for one edition because UK is already occupied.

Good point aswell, Rick For instance, Faroe Islands are actually rich for musicians on it's native location Examples: Linda Andrews, Anna 'Faroe' Nygaard, Brandur Enni, The Dreams, Eivør and Lena Andersen

I saw a contest with Hawaii in it. I almost sent a message because Hawaii is a state. It would be like Pennsylvania or North Carolina entering. In my contest, which will start in November, will NOT allow U.S. Virgin Islands or even Puerto Rico. I personally wouldn't allow those territories. Myvision was the contest with Hawaii
