JURY VOTING CHANGE
There are going to be some changes regarding the jury voting from this season onwards.
This does not only count for All Stars but also for regular Song Race Seasons.
Since in the past, there have been several ties in the Top 2 and Bottom 3, I have decided to change the voting
format of the judges completely. After some testing (thanks Dimitris), I have found that there would be
less ties in the new format that I will explain below.
Instead of ranking all songs from favourite to least favourite, all the judges are going to rate each song
out of 1-10 (while 10 is the best and 1 is the worst). The ratings will then be combined and the average
will be your total rating. This helps the judges to be more free with their opinions, e.g.: In a weak week,
the Top song of a judge might have 5 out of 10. This way, you can compare each week's "strength" aswell.
All Stars is of course the first official test of this new format, should there be any further problems, the system might be reverted. |
