Just realized that technically I won two awards since I co-Host NNMC. But really these awards are at least 90% Martin's ones, without his much great work this awesome contest wouldn't exist probably. And I hate to be the nagger here but I'm sad for the other nominees in the nicest forumer category that with Blandine the least active one won (no offense please). Then again the others are probably so nice that they don't mind it themselves
Also I want to formally complain because of Italix winning the drama queen awards, I believe that the "advertisement" of his abilities during the voting period should be punished, somehow

Late, but whoah! For NNMC to win the only two categories it was nominated in is thrilling. Thank you so much for the votes toward it. Of course, this year wouldn't have been a success without the regular dedication of the ~60 monthly participants and most especially the willingness of the NNMC Council. Let's all cheer for another promising year of more songs, more contests, and certainly more memorable moments among this online community.
And finally, thank you Daniel for putting the effort into organizing this. Your commitment to the forum reflects the passion and enthusiasm of the entire forum.

Daniel you're completely wrong, because I feel deeply harmed and betrayed by you. I thought you would have understood that before and had the decency to withdraw the detrimental categories of your "awards" but you didn't. You may think that I have no sense of humour. Maybe. At least I don't share at all your own sense of humour. I've spent an horrendous year 2018 on this forum (and also in real life) and this insulting award was the last thing I needed. Despite the numerous dramas I was drawn into, I hoped that I would finally be accepted in this community and the last months of the year were more positive. But this poll shows that I was wrong. I'm sorry for the silent majority and those who appreciated my musical contributions but I'm going to significantly reduce my activity on this forum. Consequently: - I might organise national selections one more time in Festival of Miracles and in Mysterious Song Contest (I haven't decided yet) but I won't launch any other national selection on this forum during the whole year 2019 (the situation will be analysed again next year). The only exception will be for NVSC if I receive a country before the end of the year.
- I abandon the idea of launching any contest on this forum. I was thinking about several concepts after many contests were closed or became inactive but I definitely can't organise any contest in such an environment. So I will join or create a more friendly one for that.
- My activity inside each contest will be minimised.

Without wanting to initiate a drama, I think the key for you to be accepted into this community is to finally acknowledge your own faults instead of constantly pointing fingers at other people and acting like the victim. It's not a one way street and in my opinion you definitely lack self-awareness so maybe try working on that.

This is not the only community I joined, far from it, but this is the only one where I'm not accepted. But now, I don't really care of being accepted by people who consider dramas as jokes because our opinions at this subject are irrevocably different. I prefer investing more time in communities where I feel good and less in this one.

Why do people act as if this is a real awards ceremony? Lmao it's fictional. We're not at the people's choice awards. Added onto that, do you not realize how much time and effort Daniel put into this? He put his own time into making an interesting concept that unfortunately some people can't realize is something for fun and is not meant to be serious. You complaining about being nominated for a drama queen award when it's a j o k e and not a real award.. sis. Do you think it makes it easier for him when he sees comments like this? I just can't stand the fact that people are actually offended when it's not meant to be an actual award. Do you see these awards being held in an arena? Do you see Daniel standing on stage announcing the winners of the awards? Are you being awarded a physical award? No you're not. I think you need to calm down and understand it's not a real event and it was purely made for entertainment. Do you think that being a forum meme is a nice award? It's not, but the user that won it took it as a joke and didn't overreact. Just..

I prefer investing more time in communities where I feel good and less in this one. Personally I don't consider dramas to be jokes if they end up on a personal level. I just think that in your case most dramas were the result of your own behavior and not of external influences and even after months you still refuse to see the reality which makes me concerned. If you don't think you have a place here then so be it but you basically pushed the whole forum away and ended up blaming everyone but yourself for it. Sure, it's not 100% your fault, some people, including myself, are also partly to blame for some of the discussions we had but that doesn't change the fact that your own behavior and your own state of mind caused the situation we are in now and if you continue to not realize that, I believe you'll only continue to make things harder for yourself, probably not just in this specific forum. But anyway, as you said so nicely, I prefer investing my time in things that make me feel good and that does not include trying to wake someone up who doesn't want to be woken up. All I can say is that - in your own interest - you might want to look back at the past and carefully think about your own role in those dramas if you want a better future in communities like this. As I said, it is not a one way street.
