SEMI-FINAL ALLOCATION DRAW
On the 24th of December 2018, the semi-final allocation draw for the North Vision Song Contest 27 took place at the City Hall of Odessa, in Odessa, Ukraine, where all the HoDs met to generally discuss the upcoming edition of the North Vision Song Contest.
The 40 semi-finalists were divided into 6 pots based on their geographical location and cultural similarities. Following a draw, the countries were randomly divided in the two semi-finals. The PQR-qualifiers were already added to the pots!
