Well, if
Russia wins the AVSC, I was planning to make Vladivostok as the next host city since it is in Asia regardless of the rule that the capital should be the host in its first victory. 
Same goes with 
Turkey although I'm not quite comfortable with Ankara 'cause I really want Īstanbul but it's on the European side. 
Cyprus should go on with AVSC or not.
