Kim Woodburn's Critiques What's the point of having a ball when the ballroom floor hasn't been properly cleaned? FILTH. Cœur de Meme Dennis
An alright showing from you this week, luvvie. But at this point I'd expect a bit more than just decent, dear.
I quite enjoyed your first song, but, y'know, it doesn't really give me winter. It's a great song, don't get me wrong, but I do feel you missed the target here a bit. I do reckon that the issue here is that the song is an instrumental and thus can't rely on its lyrics to give off a wintery theme either.
Your second song, however, I enjoyed much much more. It is absolutely a great fit for the category you were given and you've approached it from a different direction as well, which is commendable.
And as for your third song... Well, I can understand that this is something that's personal to you, but dear, I'm terribly sorry, I really didn't enjoy it that much. Of course, it's not a bad song per se, but it's just not for me. | Krampu$$y Juliana
Krampu$$y, dear, what happened? A really poor showing from you this week.
Your first song is alright, I can definitely get winter vibes from it, but as it's in another language I don't quite know what the lyrics are about (and Daniel has been telling me they don't really relate to winter). However, yes, it's just simply alright.
Your second song... Luvvie, what happened? This is definitely the worst song this week, if not one of the worst songs of the entire season, even when taking into account the Golden Garbage week.
Your third song is for sure your best one, and I can certainly appreciate the approach you've taken here. It's not amazing, but it is absolutely the best of your songs. | Mariah de la Storm Lefteris
Mariah, dear, this week you really shined through, and I do believe you did the best job with the ball overall.
Your first song is great, however the connection to winter, again, maybe isn't as strong as I'd hoped for.
Your second and third songs however are both absolutely brilliant, I have, in essence, nothing negative to say about either of them.
I love the unique approach you took with your climate change song, and it definitely paid off, the song unmistakably relates to the topic you were given and I believe that with the uniqueness of Tanya Tagaq's artistry, the message shines through even better than it otherwise would've.
And your third song is also an absolutely wonderful choice, it's a genuinely gorgeous song and I'm thrilled that you went for it. | Stan Kan McCann William
Listen here, you little bugger. Just like miss Cœur, I'd say you did a pretty decent job this week.
Your first song is a wonderful one, for sure. It's also an instrumental, but, y'know, unlike Cœur's choice, I can get the winter vibes off this one.
I do love the sound of your second song as well, but whilst I do appreciate the writeup you did relating it to climate change, I don't maybe see as direct of a connection to the topic at hand as some of the other songs. However, it's still a respectable choice.
Your third song is most probably your best one, just like Krampu$$y, I very much appreciate the direction you went in with this song, and I also think the song by itself is just really quite good. | Tea-Rex Adrià
Oh, dear, you also did a wonderful job this week!
Your first song is perhaps your weakest one, and in all honesty it gives me spring vibes more than it gives me winter ones. However, as a song, it's still pretty great.
Your second song is possibly my favourite song this week overall, just a really really brilliant choice and I absolutely love everything about it. I'm very glad that you went for this, it has definitely paid off for you. The message is clearly understood and the sound is phenomenal.
Your third song is also really quite good, maybe not amazing, but definitely an admirable choice. | |

Mullac's Critiques Tea-Rex Adrià
GREAT job this week Tea-Rex! You've served quality and talent once again! Really, really loved your songs for winter and global climate, with the latter being one of the best songs sent this week, and your Icelandic song was great as well!
Keep up the good work! | Mariah de la Storm LefterisSimilarly to Stan Kan McCann and Tea-Rex, you've once again done great, and following your bottom three placement last week, you've surely redeemed yourself with your choices this week, with my personal highlight being your song for Finland! Truly magical!
Great job! | Cœur de Meme Dennis I think you did a great job this week Cœur! I obviously really loved your winter song and I liked your climate change song as well! However, your Canadian song, albeit cute, failed to stand out for me, and at this point in the game, even the tiniest flaw could get you eliminated. | Krampu$$y Julian Miss Krampu$$y, unfortunately you completely missed the mark for me this week. While your Norwegian was great, I didn't really enjoy yout other two choices, and this being the top 5 of the season, I expected much, much more from you... |
| Stan Kan McCann William Didn't expect any less from such a talented queen! All three of your sings were great, especially your winter and Russian songs, and once again you're proving yourself as a serious contender for the crown!
Good job! |
