On one hand, I'd be glad if the current artists and songs would stay the same for 2021 but on the other hand I wouldn't like it because we wouldn't have any national finals next year... it's just a fucked up situation and I hate my life rn  |

Or maybe we can host our own eurovision on the forums ? Get some the big contests to band together to create the show ?

The artists should stay no exceptions and they should either be able to keep their songs or pick a new one, perhaps with national finals like Finland did in some cases
Any country who denies their performer the chance to perform is a disgrace *cough* Estonia & Sweden *cough*

What upsets me the most about this whole thing is the fact that some artists just lost their opportunity to be in the Eurovision stage, the chances of them winning their national selections again are very small. Also, the fact that the ones selected internally can't compete with the same song will change the whole game which is sad because the front-runners for this year were mostly countries that never won before...  |

Organizing the ESC 2020 on the forum seems a good idea, but the results will still not be accurate as in the real contest. But I hope someone makes this idea real. What upsets me the most ... the front-runners for this year were mostly countries that never won before... and this... Poor Malta, Lithuania, Bulgaria. Even Bucharest could have happened (cry) |

Theres a chance the EBU will try and allow for songs to be carried over to 2021 I believe, its not ideal but this has never happened before. Shame on ERR and SVT for saying Mamas and Uku can't return, thats absolutely disgusting and I hope as many artists as possible boycott Eesti Laul & Melfest as a result. I'm super sad for Daði as this was probably going to be the year we won so I'm hoping they let countries keep the songs... |
