Hello everyone and welcome to the 2nd edition of the Themed WWW Song Contest in 
Kaunas! 
We know that the thread opened without notifying you about it but the contest is meant to be slow enough so that you can all submit your entries in time.
The theme for Themed WWWSC #2 is "Covers of International Hits"!
Some really basic clarifications are as follows:

Of course remember that confirming is not enough, you need to actually post an entry to secure your participation!
Submissions Deadline: Wednesday, 12th of June!
Moreover, we are tagging those of you who took part last edition only, as well as some of you who said you would be interested in taking part but didn't do so last edition due to the previous theme and those of you who recently joined the WWWSC community.

Some really basic clarifications are as follows:
- The song can be from any year and the original artist can be anyone. What we require is that the song is known globally or that the original artist is really well-known. Therefore, if someone wants to send a cover by Ariana Grande (this is just an example) they may do so, even if the song might not be one of her biggest hits.
- The artist singing the cover has to be from the country you represent and the original song or any other cover of it must have not taken part in the main contest or any other sub-contest (basic rules apply).
- The edition is done in this way so that people can judge the covers, regardless of the original artist or the original song.

Cypriot entry revealed! 
Greece. Although Themis didn't go really far, Marina, being just 17 during the show, came 
2nd and she also performed a cover of "Shallow" with her coach from the show,

Avril Lavigne's song - "When You're Gone". It's her favorite song (because her father passed away when she was 11, so she feels a great connection to this song) and one of my all time favorite songs as well.
"Lietuvos Balsas" (The Voice Lithuania), where she had to face some strong braliukai competition. Well, now it's her chance to return to 
Chile and 
South Korea: Oh, I like both artists.
