Friday during the Arabic revelation show it was revealed that band Konqistador would represent the North African country after winning Find Ta Tune in Ya with vocals provided by Tunisia's pride MC Medusa Tn.

Konqistador is an electro, industrial band that formed in 2005 in Melbourne, Australia. Members and collaborators of the band originate from Windsor, Detroit, Istanbul, and Melbourne. Their music is described as a mix between progressive, electronic, rock and Eastern folklore. Since their formation in 2005 they have toured extensively throughout Europe, Australia, Turkey and Canada. Medusa TN is a female rapper, plus sized model, IT developer and mother from Tunisia, based in France

They will represent Tunisia with the song "Eden, Woman's War"
The new, genre-bending single inspires resistance for social injustice and steps directly in front of the gender equality issue.
May they bring the crown for the first time to Tunisia!

Tunisia has participated a total of nine times since it's debut in the 8th edition. This was and still is the only edition in which Tunisia
qualified to the final ending at the 17th place. The editions after weren't doing Tunisia any favours, the country had to endure eight
non-qualifications, three of which were pre-qualification round non-qualifications. After so many failures the NBU
and the Nessma broadcasting company decided to end the Tunisian participation, starting from the seventeenth edition on.

Tables turned however shortly after Tunisia was allowed to return under broadcaster Télévision Tunisienne 1,
with the country immediately qualifying to the final. In their returning edition the broadcaster was able to get Tunisia's first top 10 first, with "Footsteps" coming 7th, just missing out on the AQ status.
