Luxembourg can borrow songs from Belgium France
Liechtenstein can borrow songs from Germany
Aland Islands can borrow songs from Sweden
Greenland Faroe Islands can borrow songs from Denmark
San Marino can borrow songs from Italy
Andorra can borrow songs from Spain

4.The Winning Songs of my Partner Contest doesn't allow to my contest.
