 San Marino withdraws for obvious reasons (internal selection in NVSC #28), they will return in the future. In addition to the countries that have already confirmed their presence, making a quick check only misses:  Denmark,  Belgium,  North Macedonia,  Andorra,  Lithuania and  United Kingdom, for a total of 19 countries with a national selection in NVSC #28. |

The  Danish OGAN club has announced the entry that will represent the country in the OGAN Second Chance Contest 28.
Broken Twin will represent the country with her song "No Darkness", the third place of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 22.
