OGAN Second Chance Contest #28
Reminder
We will select the best song that didn't make it through their national final.
The contest is currently scheduled to be held on 21st August 2019. However, changes might happen.
The deadline to confirm participation and your entry is 19th August 2019, at midnight. (TODAY!)
The following countries are yet to confirm their participation/or post their entry despite already confirming:

It would be easier for me to get the recap out as soon as possible, so if the following countries send me/edit their post with their recap slot, it would be great.

If your OGAN club would like to join this event, make sure to follow the following rules:
• The country your OGAN club is from must have had a public national selection to choose their entry for NVSC #28.
• To take part, you must confirm below in the thread!
• Every OGAN club can only have one entry!
• Songs must be chosen internally by the OGAN club and have to be announced below in this thread!
• Songs have to be from the national selection for NVSC #28 of that country.
They must have been part of the final - the semi-final eliminated songs are not allowed to enter.
Depending on the format of your national selection, the rule may not apply to you.
• As it is a fictional contest, artists that participated in NVSC #28 are allowed to participate.
• After you've submitted your entry, you can not change it!
• A maximum of 25 clubs can take part (plus the Rest of the World club).
