The main theme has to be finding a way forward from the fracture growing between forum and other parts.
I suggest a motion to make YSC an incognito contest, by that I mean:
1) Songs are submitted directly to Philruto, not made public by the players
2) All jury names are hidden and replaced with running order numbers on the Wiki page
3) Players vote by song number/name and not for jurys, before everything is revealed once results are published
This should encourage people to only vote for songs rather than for players and should hopefully see results

That system are used by the Secret Voters! They don't know who send the Songs! But that really not Work under the Players than some are friends are Family and live together! Part 1 Results
Thanks for the many votes!
Today around noon the CU General Assembly of the 4th quarter and was take place in the Palais André Claveau where the 59 and 70 YSC took place!
It will be discussed on these topics that come out according to the election:
1.Should Gil leave the office of Cukage:
Yes: 44,4%; No: 55,6%
2.Should leave Ana as Represent from the Emperor of Japan:
Yes: 16,7%; No: 83,3%
3.Should be the Rule what is about when a Special Edition is (Where not participate must withdraw the next Edition):
Yes: 61,1%; No: 38,9%
4.Did you like the 12 Pointssystem:
Yes: 77,8%; No: 22,2%
The 5th & 6th question was what you think about YSC.
7.Should it back that Jury choose the Winner:
Yes: 55,6%; No: 44,4%
8.Did you like that YSC leave the Forum:
Yes: 33,3%; No: 66,7%
9.Did you like that the CU GA should be deleted and only the offical Party from CU choose the Rules??

Part 2 General Assembly
Here are now what was happens about the Results:
Deutsch: Es wurde viel und lange diskutiert und die Punkte die Abgestimmt wurden werden zum größten Teil akzeptiert und umgesetzt!
Die Jury wird aber schon mit YSC'108 eingeführt! Das heißt zu dem Punkt Stimmt nur noch die Jury bis YSC'120 ab!
Ein weiterer Punkt ist Gilberto wird zwar noch als Cukage akzeptiert aber auf Seiten von Jury AN's Partei das vertrauen entzogen!
Es gibt 3 Wege die Passieren werden (wurde Diskutiert):
1) Gil tritt zurück
2) Er wird wie der 2 Cukage gestürzt und dann von der CU gebannt
3) Þórir weil er Ziemlich beim YSC Aktiv ist wird neuer Botschafter des Forum Teils, aber Gil bleibt offiziel Cukage!
Nach dem der 1.Weg nicht geht weil Gil das Erklären muss und der 2.Weg auch nicht geht weil die Unterstützung der Teilnehmer noch fehlt!
Bleibt nur der 3.Weg! So lange Þórir es akzepiert!
Aber ich Bitte Gil wirklich, das er zurücktreten soll, den das käme AN sehr recht und ihrer Partei!
Dann wurde es beschlossen YSC heißt zwar offiziell noch YSC wird aber künftig den Beinahmen SPAR Grand Prix haben!
Der Letzte Punkt ihr wisst das jede Gruppe wird ja von der CU gefördert, also mit Events oder im Forum Teil mit Extra Threads!
Das wird mit sofortiger Wirkung Eingestellt! Was weiter von der CU gefördert wird ist der SPAR Blog!
Zu dem werden Folgende Forum Vorteile eingestellt:
) Die YSC Awards werden mit den 11.YSC Awards eingestellt!
) Die Ergebniss Videos werden im Zeitraum YSC'108-YSC'110 eingestellt!
) Mit sofortigem werden die für die Integration der Forum Mitglieder gedachten Partner Ausgaben und Speziellen Ausgaben Eingestellt! Das heißt YSC'109 wird eine Normale Ausgabe!
Das sollte Alles sein!
