 DECORIA CONFIRMS PARTICIPATION!  DRT has now officially confirmed that the country will be competing in the upcoming 18th edition of the Fantasia Contest. Their participation was unofficially confirmed during the 17th edition, which the country hosted, but it was only officially confirmed today that the country will be present in  Niolskiaj. As for the selection process, the Head of Delegation said that the broadcaster is most likely opting for an internal selection. However, the broadcaster has received several submissions and a national selection might be possible, if the broadcaster feels like it's possible and necessary for the selection of the appropriate entry. "After two non-qualifications in the recent editions, we are lucky to say that we managed to come back stronger than before, and finally secure a victory. Now our aim is to keep this up and maybe even improve our overall results furthermore. After Flírskmasto's successful participation in Decoria, FMST has today announced its participation in the upcoming eighteenh edition of the Fantasia Contest held in Flírskmasto. The selection process to decide our entry on home soil has not yet been determined, with executives saying they are either considering an internal selection because "Flírsk NS voters don't deserve rights" or a hot All Stars edition with an intense format.

Frigg / Levalle / 29 September 2019 The Levallese national broadcaster, Levalle Brødkorpori (LB) has just confirmed that the country will be present at the 18th Fantasia Contest in Niolskiaj. LB has reaffirmed their commitment to the competition with that announcement after Astrid Gnosis had given Levalle their first grand final qualification and placed 11th overall. The country hopes to continue the successful path and is eager to announce their next entrant.
The broadcaster has additionally confirmed the method of selection for the forthcoming edition. The song committee has already selected the lucky artist that will represent Levalle in Niolskiaj. LB will most likely announce the name of their representative during the songs preview, taking place within the country. Local media are rather silent in terms of speculations who can be willing to go to one of the Niol cities.

Planning around the event is yet to commence, but it is expected the 'Introducing' format used last edition will be used again. |

In the first round of voting, the bottom 5 received the following scores:
"Baby Ain't Made of China" with 5.19% of the vote;
"Bros" with 9.09% of the vote;
"Fluffy" with 10.39% of the vote;
"You're a Germ" with 11.69% of the vote;
"Don't Delete the Kisses" with 12.99% of the vote.
Meaning the top 3 are:

 Fordian Entry Revealed!2019-09-30, Krono, FBC Headquarter - It is time to reveal who will represent Fordia in Niolskiaj.
THE HOWL & THE HUM - HUMAN CONTACT
The Howl & The Hum is a Fordian Alternative/Indie band from Hoben (Sjörland). They won the Fordian national selection "The One" with an incredible amount of 35% of all votes. Fordian magazine "Stjörn" descirbes the song like this:
"In an age defined and driven forward by the internet, incessant technological advances and moral disputes regarding AI, The Howl & The Hum have gripped the modern age by its complex wires and torn them straight out of their roots. Although “Human Contact” certainly has an air of fiction in its powerfully cinematic foundation as well as fitting seamlessly alongside the rest of their cautionary tales, with that comes the unsettling niggle that it confronts: reality."
