well, I still hope that this will happen, but I don't think it will be ready later this year. because my provisional dates for Worldvision are all in December, my suggested dates for Asiavision (or Eurovision Asia; actually, the name "Asiavision" can be used if ABU controls this contest because the name "Asiavision" is used by ABU) will be all in September. so September 2020 will be the most realistic timeslot. Here is my (wish)list of participants: any agreement or disagreement on which should be added and which shouldn't have been in the list? *bonus: my ideal timetable as a Eurovision fan: - May: Eurovision
- September: Asiavision
- December: Worldvision

Hmmm..... lets see...
- All most likely would enter, biggest music industries on the contintent
- Probably would enter as they have all shown interest in the ABU TV Song Festival on numerous times
- Possible particpants but would all depend on the political situations in their own and especially the host country, and whether interest can be generated
- Unlikely, they may want to partake but I can't see them really taking part due to their financial situations
- Minimal chance, too much they already have to deal with
- Admit it, as much as we want to see an epic Juche-pop tune at the festival, this won't happen unless through some kind of peace arrangement if SK hosts and is feeling nice
Don't rule out participants from Oceania either: are the most likely ones but anything is possible!

Oceania? other than PNG, Australia and New Zealand, personally I don't want to see any other Oceanian countries on Asiavision.

Several of them have already stated interest, Vanuatu seems to be pretty eager especially about it! Asia is already so drastically diverse that it won't do any harm to add some Islanders in!

So, since we have PNG, Australia and New Zealand, my personal better suggestion is to have an Oceanian regional final, to determine two/three Oceanian representatives at the Asiavision.

Oops yeah I did, thought I'd put it in! Can't believe I forgot them Especially since we hear a lot of the country since their leader seems to really hate us for no reason now I reckon would be a definite entrant as they have a big music industry and seem like the kinda country who'd love this event I can't imagine an Oceania final taking place though, that just seems like making an extra contest for the sole purpose of having extra contests. Most Oceania countries wouldn't be able to afford to compete regularly anyway but even if they could they should just be able to join directly
