Edit: Despite being part of the 16 finalists, Goran Karan withdrew his participation, after many fans were dissatisfied with the fact that his entry, "My Legacy Is Love", was performed in mid-2018 during a park concert in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Thus, one of the reserved acts, Elis Lovric, will replace him. |

 Y'all are going to hate me for doing this but I highly enjoy it. It's a good pop ballad that I usually like from ex-yugoslav nations but it's honestly just for local purposes and that's the reason this won't fair well. Still an improvement from Croatia ngl. |

 This is actually a good song with very strong vocals. They need a better staging to stand out in Rotterdam tho. |
