I voted!

I know polls would work better, but I'm not really a fan of any version of polls available - I don't want voters to see the results (to not get affected of how others have voted), before I've closed the voting, but at the same time as the creator of one I want to see them, before I close it, so I know, if there's a draw or not. You can select, for example, even number of songs and wait until you have an odd number of votes, but even then there's a chance for a draw - like you have now in your NF... The existing polls don't offer the option for the poll creator to see the results, while others can't see them. It's either everyone sees or no one does... If they would add this option (it shouldn't be too hard to do), I wouldn't even bother with all points and PM's, but right now polls don't meet my expectations... I might try to look for some online polls, where my expectations would be met, but we'll see... I guess I might just make scoreboards, where everyone votes... that's pretty much the closest to the ideal poll version in my mind... but people might not be happy about that either...
I might as well maybe make it for this edition already - only those, who have voted would have to cast their votes there (because I won't be able to add them manually), which shouldn't be too hard, because it's not like you have to rate the songs again... what would you (and others) say about such option?

Would you better vote through scorewiz? You know, the way Jasna usually asks us to vote in Retro awards, where you vote once you open the link she sent you. I'm thinking of using that for the next time, because people just don't seem to be willing to vote this way anyway... And because there's only 4 songs, the voting system then would be like in ESC 1964-66 with 5,3,1,0 points being awarded to the competing songs. I mean, opening a link and moving songs in order you like them should be easier than sending a PM, right? Or do you think these forum polls are the way to go? I mean, from previous experience I can say that none of the options really works for me - with polls I maybe get an extra vote or two, but not such an improvement to say, that they are definitely the way to go... Another thing I don't like about polls is that you don't see, which song people have preferred (if they voted for multiple songs), when there's a draw. Or if they can vote only 1 song and you still end up with a draw, you pretty much have to make the choice yourself, which makes the poll kinda useless, if you know, what I mean...
