Welcome to the 5th edition of the Themed WWW Song Contest in 
Kuldīga! 
The theme for Themed WWWSC #5 is "Foreign Language Songs"!
Some basic clarifications are as follows:
• Your entry can be in any language but just not in English or in any of the country's official languages!
• Songs in dialects are allowed only if the dialect is not a dialect of an official language (e.g.
Cyprus cannot submit a song in the Greek-Cypriot dialect as it is a dialect of 
Greek, which is an official language in Cyprus).
• Regional/Minority languages can be sent (e.g.
Austria can send a song in 
Croatian).
• If the song is in a language that makes it eligible to take part for your country but say the title is some phrase in English, that's also allowed.
Along with your confirmation post, please make sure to state the language of your entry, so that you make it easier for us to check the eligibility.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask us.
Covers are allowed, unless the original or another version of the song has already participated in one of the contests (WWWSC, Retro WWWSC and TWWWSC are all considered). In general, all other basic rules apply, as always!
In case your entry cannot be sent for this reason or another reason, we'll let you know asap.
Of course remember that confirming is not enough, you need to actually post an entry to secure your participation!

Oh, I got tagged. Shouldn't it be Schroth since he participated for Philippines last edition? Either way, I'm actually interested in participating this edition. If I'm not allowed, I'll suggest my song to him.
France obviously confirms, not only because of the 2nd place of the previous edition, but also because this theme is a great idea imo
