It would make more sense to say it borrow from Saudi Arabia. Or maybe include Bahrain in that deal as well

^ Bahrain is in a revolution so Qatar is the only stable country. I like Qatar's flag better than Kuwait's. Plus, Qatar wants to join Eurovision so I'll give them a shot in my contest

I'm being realistic. In real life, Bahrain wouldn't send an entry because of their revolution. But, I'll open it up. Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait can borrow songs from Iran
