Palestine not allowed? It's gained independence and is fully recognized as a sovereign state. I submitted Switzerland...but never mind.

I think it's safe to say that Tajikistan, Afghanistan and/or Pakistan can borrow songs from Iran, land border-wise, culture-wise and language-wise (Pashto language). Since Iran's quite different from the rest of the Arabic countries in the Middle-East (just an FYI). Bahrain and Qatar can borrow songs from UAE and/or KSA instead. ;D

And to make a counter-post for this from anybody, I am not considering bigger languages for borrowing in this crazy perspective. Like Brazil can borrow songs from Portugal.
