1 - Fixing the country


1.1 - Your country must be in the list of unoccupied countries


1.2 - you agree to the terms that once every 3 seasons you must submit a request with your country's reference


1.3 - you can only Change your country after three seasons of participation



2 - select an application


2.1 - Your application can not be with the selection of the Eurovision song contest and the Eurovision song contest


2.2 - your performer must be over 16 years old


2.3 - Your application must have 10 or less million views at the time of submitting the application (<20 million views if this application matches the link)


2.4 - once every 3 seasons, you must submit a request with your link


2.5 - year of release from 2014


2.6 - you can Submit an application in personal messages discord or in a special VK form



3 - Voting

3.1 - you must vote on time. If the voting deadline is not met, your country will be disqualified from the contest. For a good reason, you will not be disqualified


3.2 - Voting takes place on the system 25/22/20/18/15/14/12/10/8/6-1 (your top 15)


3.3-you must Vote both in the semifinals and in the season finale


3.4 - If your country did not qualify for the final, you will also have to vote in the final



4-Results

4.1 - the jury Vote will be presented in the form of 25/20/15/12/8/3 points, the remaining points of the countries will be summed up as a vote of viewers


4.2 - the Winning curator must be in touch with the supervisor, where the competition venue and other details about the season will be decided together


4.3 - If the country that won the season refuses to participate, a joint vote will be held by the current group of contest managers or contest participants


4.4 - the next season's auto Finalists will be considered the top 6 of the previous season
6 - conducting selections and pre-parties


6.1 - each country can make a selection within the specified time frame. Applications for selection will not be able to participate in further seasons of selection and the competition itself. You will need to provide me with all the selection places and points of participants



6.2 - Pre-party can be held by any country. It will consist either in various nominations, voting for the best application of this prepati or any other idea, where all countries will be involved. When voting participants, you will have to provide information about all the voting, received points.
