Welcome to the 2nd semi-final of the 3rd Resolute Song Festival!
Tonight, 16 countries will battle for 10 qualifying spots to the Grand Final. The 11th placed contestant will qualify to the wildcard round where all qualifiers from both semi-finals are required to vote.

Video is geoblocked in Cyprus and Greece, PM me if you live there and need to vote

All participants are required to vote in this semi-final + Big 5 qualifiers already in the Grand Final.
If you're in the other semi-final, I can use your votes as possible replacement votes so feel free to send yours in. No guarantee it will be used however.

All countries but 2 voted in time, with one requesting replacement votes so they won't receive a strike. However

Romania didn't vote in time so niko will receive one strike.
