Confirmations are now open, after 
Russia won the First edition in Hamburg!
Russia won the First edition in Hamburg! The Rules are the following:
- You may select any country, which is an ACTIVE Member of the EBU (with the addition of

and ), here is a list of all memberstates: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Broadcasting_Union#Active_members,
- You're Song may not be older than 2 years,
- Songs, which already participated in Eurovision are not allowed,
- The Song HAS to be send to Ari first for approval,
- You may hold an National Election,
- Your song will get rejected, if it is overused. This is negotiable,
- Songs can be borrowed, if the artist is not well known (max. 100.000 views for the song in question).
The borrowing rules are the following:

- -You may vote in the current Eurovision format (2 sets of votes (Televotes and Jury))
Rules after Win of your country:
- You may decide your host city, logo, design and a slogan,
- You may choose your hosts of the edition,
- You may decline to host the edition in which case other countries may apply to host the edition.
