I decided to join this contest with a different country each edition. If get a top 3 (or an AQ spot in case of semi-finals in future editions) I'll keep my country for one more edition.
This time, I'll play with Spain and that new song by Monica Naranjo...

Sorry just a thought Why we do have Gibraltar? a not even real country, which is stronger than any other country, because it can participate with songs from two countries with a strong music industry and participate with a song that actually has nothing to do with the country itself... I mean there are so many countries which you can get without borrowing... I mean I'm generally not a fan of countries which may borrowing, I dont get the sence of taking representer which have nothing to do with the country and I think if countries are allowed to borrow singers, why not only when all "right" countries (or countries which dont need to borrow) are already taken? I understand your frustration, but I actually stated in the rules, that the artist has to be unknown for a country like to select them. This therefore eliminates the threat of them taking a song, which is just too high for them. For any other country there is still the option of a foreign artist, which I actually forgot to state in the rules. I just believe that if you want to say that Gibraltar shouldn't be able to borrow because of their feeder nations having a huge music industry, I think should also have trouble participating, since they are allowed to borrow from either Spain or France. But I understand what you mean and will look to change the borrowing rules, how this will affect the countries able to borrow is yet to be seen Yea but I dont get why you take those countries, where you have to take a singer from another country, when there are so many free countries, where you dont have to borrow to take part with...
the same is for or any other country, which you only take because the countries from which the artists originaly come from are already taken
We can also do a poll about that

I like that this is currently being discussed in the forum, but I wouldn't generalize it like that (especially after a few recent happenings), but it's's mostly true. Sorry for interfering like that lol.
