North Vision Song Contest 32 • Grand Final Results

So this was somehow my "comeback" edition in NVSC. I apologize for not being as active as I would have loved to be. I enjoyed the edition though, especially the Final, where I took the time to listen to each song. I think this is enough to make a full reaction ^^ but before starting, I want to thank once again @garameaning for his kindness and for giving me a chance to vote once again. I'm really aware of how lucky I am, so I'm very thankful, for real

And I also have to notice that the Council's work has not lost its quality at all, even after all these editions ! I'm very impressed by the design, the recaps and the results videos... and also by the speed to make them ! All my congratulations for all of that - they are well-deserved that's a big part of what makes NVSC (one of) the greatest contest(s).

Now coming to the songs:

Not surprised at all, and not really disappointed either. This was cute but felt much weaker than many other contestants. Sam has a very nice voice still.
A quite typical Balkan song this is not a bad thing, I usually like this kind of entries but this one didn't really grab my attention.
() underrated this was probably the most interesting song in this Final. I really love the instrumentation, the chorus, the evolution of the whole thing... however, it remained a little weird. And I wish the verses developed more. It doesn't avoid that I would have seen ir higher.
Okay music, but it was not my cup of tea tbh.
Similar comment here... some instrumental parts were really good but I didn't like the structure at all.
"sur le pont d'Avignon" ehmmm no. This was certainly my last place, but congrats for avoiding Bottom 5.

() Very simple, but effective. This was quite catchy and enjoyable to listen, I liked it. I'm still not so surprised to see it came a bit unnoticed :/
Really hesitated to give this some points !! I really liked the feeling it gives, but at the same time I thought it lacked a little something. Good and remarkable entry nonetheless.
() It's pretty rare for me to think that Russia is underrated I found this one really calm, pure and beautiful. I loved how her voice sublimated the melody ; perhaps it wasn't powerful enough.
() I'm really relieved to see this wasn't too underrated and misunderstood   I'm usually not so keen on this musical genre, but this song was so beautiful and flawless that I couldn't help falling in love with it. So I'll remain satisfied by the high points it received and it's also good considering France failed several times in the previous editions.
Meh for me nothing really bad, nothing great either... ended quite forgotten in my mind. But congratulations obviously.
Interesting one ! And I also hesitated to vote for it. Therefore, pretty much same comment as Algeria 
Huge surprise on this one and especially after entering Top 6 for such a big part of the Jury votes... I found it really boring, but I guess I understand what people found in it.
() That's a typical Swedish entry which is actually a good thing ! Yet I lost a bit of my interest after discovering it. Good enough placing, in the end.
Wow ! Not really keen on this one, congratulations anyway.
This is getting a big no from me, I'm sorry ^^' I really disliked the structure, it sounded way too messy. I expected it even higher though.

A very original and ethnic entry... and that's pretty much all sorry once again, but nothing really grabbed my attention here either.
() Once again, I'm relieved not to see this ending too low ! As a huge MIKA fan, I couldn't help but placing this as one of my favourites anyway, I do agree that he is much better than the song, which was far below some of his other songs (for an artist such as him, this is not even negative).
() My biggest disappointment tonight between all of the songs competing in the Final, it was the only one which really screamed winner to me. As the Faroese spokesperson said "an amazing singer and song". Everything was so flawlessly written from the beginning to the last note, I was sooo happy when it was leading. Even though I'd have seen it even higher, 8th is an awesome placing, which deserves all my congratulations once again.
I can get why it gathered such a big fanbase, but it wasn't my cup of tea either. Congratulations nonetheless  

() Yeah ! Really good and solid pop song, cute girl and voice too ; this had everything to be successful so I'm really glad that it happened
Hummm... nice ? I find this good enough, nothing really amazes me, so I was really surprised to read that it was a favourite... but well, I don't mind it and that's the most important ^^
I even expected this to win I disliked it on first listen, then it grew on me but not enough. It was still a very professional song, with a mysterious feeling... so this is probably deserved  
Not surprised on that one at all either. This has a good message, and I like the melody. I just regret the way their voice is "absorbed" but the instrumentation, I dunno how to really explain. Congratulations too though, it was a really remarkable entry
() Yeah, a bop !!! Big congratulations   unlike Croatia, it wasn't a "simple" Balkan entry, it added something more which made it very catchy and enjoyable. I would also have loved to see it winning, but is already an amazing placing for Montenegro
() A-MA-ZING   I'm soooo happy to see such an unsuccessful country winning with this song and artist ! I have loved Yaseniya for some years now ; this song was really fabulous, well structured, original and memorable. I feared this would lose in the last minute, I'm relieved it didn't congratulations once again for winning for the first time, glad we'll be visiting a new country  


So this edition is already coming to its end. I hope to be able to enjoy the following one even more ! So thank you once again everyone, and see you in Tbilisi (?) 

pretty obvious i dont find this winner great at all but still very VERY big congrats to Vuka for winning
alright entry but 2nd is a bit too high for it h but still congrats to Alper not only for getting 2nd but also for getting best result for the country that probably wont be beaten anytime soon
