IMPORTANT POLL (please vote)
Sooo, this edition we tried out having 2 sets of votes for jury and televote. I just wanted to try it out and make it seem more "realistic", but after reading a lot of your thoughts and talking with some of you on the "Other Contests" Discord chat, I've decided to make a poll about it.
The poll contains two questions about what to do for the Grand Final this edition, while also asking some questions for the 6th edition with room for suggestions for the next edition(s). Please take the poll if you plan on participating next edition, which I hope most/all of you do. I read complaints about the festival so it's inspired this poll as I really enjoy this festival and I've put a lot of work into these editions. I hope you'll answer the questions and participate next edition to help this festival grow and become better and more fun for all the participants.
I've linked the poll HERE and I'll keep it open until the wildcard round ends before the Grand Final this edition. Thank you to everyone who participates/participated this edition or in the past. You may also reply with thoughts/concerns/etc. and feel free to PM me if you want to get more into detail about suggestions.
Also I want to make some form of council to help run this festival, but I'll post more details about that another time.

Call for help in this festival!
So, the Resolute Song Festival has just finished its 5th edition and before we begin looking towards the 6th edition, I think it's now time I recruit some help for this festival! I'm looking to make a council before the confirmations begin for the next edition, comprising of about 3-4 members (myself included) that can help run this festival.
Below I'll include some of the main things I'm looking for help on in the festival:
- Discussion in rules and the format of the festival - Help in graphic design (logos, themes, vector art, etc.) - Maintenance of the official wiki page(s) - Ensuring the enforcement of the rules (particularly entries) - Collecting votes and/or creation of voting grids (non-Scorewiz) - Any other suggestions/ideas
To apply to be a member just shoot me a message here or on Discord (user is @/escfan1) although I'll be much quicker to respond on the latter. I hope to mainly do communications via Discord chat, so I'll be prioritizing those who are active there.
Anyone can apply to the council, even if they can't help with some to most of the items listed above, although I'll be prioritizing those who can help with more things.
Hope to see you all soon in the confirmations for the 6th edition, which should open in a few days! Council members must be participants (duh) and have participated in the last 3 editions.

Update regarding RSF7Well it has been quite sometime since I've last spoken with all of you on here! Apologies for the lack of communication, but I have been very busy with college and my own personal life. If you're active on the SCF Discord and are in the #rsf channel, you should be already aware that the 7th edition will be starting in January! So stay tuned because this next edition should be very exciting and should start very soon.
I'm much more active and responsive on the SCF Discord and post many more updates and other things involving the festival in the #rsf channel. If you'd like to be able to stay up-to-date with situations like these or just want to be able to chat about other things concerning the festival, make sure to join!
Thank you all so much for your patience and willingness to participate in this festival, I needed a break from being as active as I was with the festival and the forums for a little bit, but with your help and interest I'm excited to start with this edition and find out who will win RSF7!
