15 countries will participate in the 2nd semi-final of the 5th Resolute Song Festival. 10 will qualify to the final while 1 will qualify to the wildcard round.

So far, we've received most of the votes, but I'll be extending the deadline 12 hours as we're still waiting on 5 4 sets of votes.

SBINNALA sent 1 set of votes via PM, but I need both sets of votes via the Google form so please submit your votes through there.

I've also tagged the other participants in the other semi-final if they'd be kind enough to send possible replacement votes, they'd be more than appreciated. If any user with a strike would like to send votes, they can have half a strike removed.

Now, finally after a week of voting, we now have the results of the 2nd semi-final!

Euu has now received their 3rd strike so they'll be forced to withdraw next edition but they're entry won't be DSQ yet, & they're free to vote in the final.

chhunter wasn't online so they will only receive half a strike.
