As many of you will know there are two singers called Jónsi in Iceland, Jón Þór Birgisson (from Sigur Rós) being the most famous. The other Jónsi, Jón Jósep Snæbjörnsson (best known for his Eurovision entries in 2004 and 2012) used to front a band called Í svörtum fötum, not as famous as their counterparts but equally beautiful. This song is one of the few that has managed to bring a tear to my eye and I hope it does well!

Another returning artist will represent  Latvia this decade. And for the 2nd time in a row, it's an artist, that didn't do very well - in fact, it got THE WORST RESULT in 96 editions of Retro WWWSC. So let's try to improve on that, because I refuse to believe this artist is as bad as you rated it. They didn't deserve that result back then. This time they will sing a bit newer song (1985) and a bit more cheerful. Let's see, what they can do on their 2nd attempt. P.S. Yes, I'm not afraid to bring back artists, that have done bad.
