ENTRY REVEALS
many who were a part of the inaugural edition have yet to confirm for this edition, so i'll be (yet again) extending the deadline to match that of the deadline for entry reveals. you can continue to confirm and reveal your entries in this thread, but before you do so i have a question to ask of you. as the rules state, there are enough participants to break out into semi-finals this edition, but since the number is still pretty low for semi-finals, i'll let you decide !! if we're to stay with 28 participants this time around, vote in the poll above if you'd rather one big final with 28 entries or if you want 2 semi-finals with around 11 participants, where only seven move on to the final. the "big 6" that receive automatic qualification if no one else confirms would be

kyiv (if anyone confirms with 
valletta and if rєgícα confirms with miami, they would gain their places in the final, and los angeles and kyiv would be relegated to the semi-finals), so there'd be a 20-entry final. if you have any questions feel free to drop them below. you can also still request banners !! let me know if you want one on any of the threads.if you are confirming for the first time, here is a basic outline of how this contest works:
in this contest, cities compete instead of countries !! cities eligible to compete must be a part of the international council of cities and music, our version of the ebu. these cities must either be in this list, or be the capital and/or largest city in their country, disputed region, or dependency. microstates (i.e. 
san marino) are ineligible, but city-states (i.e. 
singapore) are eligible. the competing artist must either be born in or have strong connections to your city, and the competing song can be no older than ten years prior to the entry reveal deadline. you will need to provide two sets of votes each show and semi-finals will be held depending on how many cities confirm.
