Hello dolls, and welcome to the second edition of niolstar, the stunning selection format to choose the Niol entry for the Fantasia Contest. This selection is promoting twelve artists from a diverse range of backgrounds in and outside of Niolskiaj, with the public deciding which of these twelve songs they want to see represent
