Unfortunatly,  Guinea, &  Niger, all failed to confirm.  Uganda confirmed after the deadline. As such, they will all be issued an appropriate strike. Niger failed to vote in both the semis and finals of last edition, and now, with their failed confirmation, Niger will be free in edition 5. Uganda was slated to be an automatic qualifier this edition, but since they confirmed late, their slot goes to the 7th placed nation from last edition, so welcome to the final  Lesotho & Vandalain . Uganda will be performing in the semis provided a song is sent for them. Submission Deadline: November 21st, 17:59:59 CET |
