i hope you like long posts and overreactions where do I even start? Just a big THANK YOU SO MUCH to everybody who voted for "Stronger". It's among my favourite songs that I've ever sent to a contest, so I'm truly delighted to see that other people enjoyed it as much as I do and reacted so positively to it (including at the results streams). I'd, naturally, like to thank
Michał and
Ivan for your jury
and
Jure (not sure if it was combined with Selvin or not) for your
in the televote. Coming sixth in the jury vote feels like a dream; I always knew that the televote would put an end to that very quickly but I'm absolutely over-the-moon about finishing tenth overall (I half expect to wake up soon and find out that I actually came 15th in the semi, ngl, although in fairness we did in the semi televote fhsjghshs). I really could not ask for a better debut, so
thank you all.
Lastly, I'd like to thank
Lars for coming on this journey with me. I'm never going to be as good a HoD as you deserve, but it's a delight and a privilege to be able to share this top ten with you anyway.

A good winner! It was just outside of my top ten (I was going to give it 1 but then changed at the last minute) but it's still a banger + it's nice to have another new country winning NVSC. Congratulations Aleks on finally winning after so long as well!
Just a lovely entry. I thought it would win but 2nd is still an amazing result.
A banger! I didn't think it would win given that it feels like it's been everywhere now, but third is still a great placing.
YES. "Pedestrians" is the exact style of song I love; as soon as I heard it I knew it would be my 12 (and I can confirm that the jury 12-exchange was purely coincidental). What's even more impressive that this song has been lying under the radar for EIGHT YEARS. Michał, you're doing amazing things with
Belgium so keep it up - this was a brilliant entry.
I liked this more than "Páme páme" but I'm really not an Evangelia fan at all. It clearly has its fans and congratulations on another AQ though!
I always saw this as a 6th/7th place; very happy that it got into the top six in the end (especially after Dóttir's robbery in
Batumi). Both "Í tokuni" and "Let It Come" are fantastic entries deserving of their sixth places.
This was my last; I really don't know what people see in this or what it's doing seventh but each to their own I guess. Congratulations though.
Really happy to see this appreciated; always expected it to do well and it's such a lovely entry. Looking forward to seeing what
Monaco brings in the future.
I thought this would AQ but 9th is still a good place; just outside of my top 10 but I still wanted to give it points (so I'm glad Lars gave it 10). Great song.
Said it all above, but thank you once again.
Nice song, not one of my favourites but I don't think the result was unfair either. I thought it would top ten but eleventh is still pretty close.
This did better than I expected, it is a bop though and it was my fifteenth so I can't say its result was undeserved
Surprised to see this left side. I like a lot of "basic" Romanian pop
as you can tell from my NNMC entries but this just does nothing for me and was one of my least favourites here. Nonetheless, congrats Rethnas on your best result so far with
Moldova!
Bottom five in the televote was an absolute crime; not even our televote 12 could save it. Should've finished top ten. </3
Slightly dated but honestly a bop; I think 15th is about where I expected it but I would have liked to see it at least a few places higher.
Another one which clearly has its stans but which I'm really not a fan of; "Photoshop" is by far her superior song. I'm glad
Bulgaria got to qualify again though.
This was never going to come top two like it did in FC but it was underrated nonetheless. Another song which just missed my top ten but fortunately got points from our televote.
Pretty much exactly where it was in my ranking; decent song and kinda boppy but nothing special either. Fair result.
This was my 11th in the semi but I'm not mad it qualified and its placement in this final was fair. Thanks again for the jury 12
I never was a massive fan of this; fair result I guess.
I didn't give this points in the semi but it grew on me in the final - not enough to earn points, but definitely enough to say that 21st was underrated. </3
ROBBED - honestly deserved left side of the scoreboard. A fantastic, mysterious entry and one of my favourite recent Finnish entries.
ROBBED [1] - I'm glad it qualified at least but I think this deserved to place a lot higher.
ROBBED [2]. I'm not surprised with its result but I loved this (controversial but I actually prefer this to 'WAT') and it truly deserved better. </3
"Divination" is a truly exceptional song and "The Ground" is nowhere near as good but it was still a nice song and rather underrated. I'm glad it avoided last though, even if it was by just one point.
I can't say I'm surprised by this but it wasn't the worst song in this final and didn't deserve last place either.

A couple of quick comments on the non-qualifiers too:
This did better than I expected; it must be painful to NQ because of the ROTW but I preferred
Ireland anyway... better luck next time though
I loved both of these; sad to see them so close to qualifying but at least they didn't PQR as that would have been a tragedy.
This PQR'ing felt almost inevitable, which is a shame because it was a gem
ROBBED. I'm not sure I could see it escaping the PQR, but bottom two in the semi is just not right for this lowkey bop. </3
Hardly unsurprising; I honestly don't think it was the worst song this edition though.
I'm really surprised this didn't come 11th to be honest; the tea is it should've been pre-qualified because "Maniac" deserved to AQ but I expected it to qualify anyway and 13th in the semi is incredibly underrated.
I'm shocked to see these in the bottom two; undeserved.
RIP </3 Domas, this was one of your better entries and it did NOT deserve to PQR at all.
This was nice; I'm glad it escaped PQR at least
Finally,
thank you to the whole of the NBU for all your work this (and every edition) and for getting us the results with such impressive speed; it's been an honour to finally participate. See you all in
Russia!
