Participant Rules
1. You must show activity in the forums (been a member for least1 month, have made at least 50 posts).
2. Participants must vote on time as set in the edition.
3. Top 3 from the previous edition must keep their country or withdraw for 1 edition.

Artist Eligibility
1. The artist can only perform for one country per edition.
2. The artist can only represent a country by CLEAR heritage with evidence/proof if there is doubt.
2.1. NVSC wikia and language sung / used through media platform will NOT be a justified reason for heritage.
2.2 Acceptable pieces of evidence: Parents, citizenship, being born there.
2.3 Unacceptable pieces of evidence: Grandparents, children, having lived there for x amount of time, being married/engaged to someone from there, having represented said country at Eurovision (eg. Serhat for San Marino), posts on social media in a particular language.

3. Acts and all band members must be over 18 years old (Check rules for JOSC age limits).
4. 33%+ (1/3) of the band/group/collection has to be from this nation to be eligible to compete.

Song Eligibility
1. You can't send Eurovision or Junior Eurovision entries.
1. You can't send Eurovision or Junior Eurovision entries.
2. Any previous Eurovision National Selection songs are NOT ELIGIBLE to compete in any format.
3. Song has to have been released in the last 5 years.
4. Songs from previous OSC national selections ARE ELIGIBLE to be re-used.
5. Song timeslot is 25 seconds which must be given when song is submitted.

Voting
1. Voting in ESC style.
2. Participants MUST vote within the deadline.
3. Non-voting during the edition is 1 strike. A strike means a ban from the next edition.
2.1 a 4th strike after this is a permanent ban.
4. Not voting in a semi final will result in that country being disqualified from from qualifying to the grand final.
4.1 Non voting in a grand final will lose the country next edition if the country reaches top 3.

2. Can only be performed for the current edition.
3. All selection songs MUST be sent to all council in a PM for approval.
