XIMBALA REVEALS
ENTRY FOR FC24!

PUBLISHED ON FEBRUARY 21ST, 2020 IN CABARCAS, XIMBALA

On January 31st, 2021, the Ximbalan public broadcasting company Univisa confirmed the participation of the Latinican nation of Ximbala in the 24th edition of the Fantasia Contest hosted in Taslana and confirmed a internal selection process was to be held to find the country's next entry.

Right after the confirmation announcement from the country, Univisa commenced an immediate internal selection process to determine the next entry for the country's next participation in the Fantasia Contest.

After weeks of suspense and a long thorough internal selection process, the artist that will represent them on home soil and proudly wave the Ximbalan flag at the 24th edition of the Fantasia Contest was revealed this morning on the popular Latinican morning show, El Gordo y la Flaca.

MEET THE ARTISTS, THEY ARE...

VALE

THE OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR XIMBALA AT THE 24TH EDITION OF THE FANTASIA CONTEST

With a charisma and talent that goes beyond their age, VALE is the musical duo that is getting ready to take off in the music industry this 2020. Born in Cabarcas, a city on Ximbala's southeastern coast, the twin sisters Valentina Pérez (piano, voice) and Valeria Pérez ( guitar, voice) began to develop a very intimate relationship with music from a very young age; “We started making music from a very young age, at the age of 9 we started writing our first songs” say Valeria and Valentina. At just 13 years old, they began uploading covers of songs on platforms like YouTube.

Driven by their innate need to communicate their deepest thoughts and emotions, and gifted with a natural writing knack, the talented young women turned 17, realized that the music industry was the place to build a career. Thus, they decided to leave the safety of their family in Ximbala and go to study in Eldance in search of their dreams.

VALE, name given to the group since it comes from the four letters in common that have their names, a duo with a talent that is not seen every day, two stars that merge to dazzle the world of music with their impressive talent which they show in their first EP "Iridescent" released under the Rebeleon Entertainment label.

Decorian entrant revealed at last!

Decoria selected their entry through an internal selection eventually

Dýrcorifestivalen might have been postponed for one edition, but

Decoria eventually selected one of the shortlisted acts that were set to take part in the selection. The entry was the most favored amongst the juries that were chosen to select the 5 Decorian entries for Dýrcorifestivalen.

Soccer Mommy to perform "Circle the Drain" for Decoria!

Sophia Regina Allison, known to Fantasia with her stage name Soccer Mommy, is a Decorian singer-songwriter and musician. She has released two studio albums so far: her debut album Clean was released in 2018 while her most recent release Color Theory came out in 2020. While in college, Allison played her first show as Soccer Mommy at the community art space Silent Barn in Lillebøl, and shortly after landed a record deal with Fat Possum.

She has toured with artists including Stephen Malkmus, Kacey Musgraves, Jay Som, Frankie Cosmos, Liz Phair, as well as Fantasia alumni Slowdive, Mitski and 22nd edition winner Phoebe Bridgers. She joined Paramore and Foster the People on the first half of their 2018 summer tour.

Her song "Circle the Drain" was written by the artist herself, just like all the tracks on Color Theory. The song touches upon themes of depression and its effects on everyday mental health. While breaking down the album's tracks, the singer said: "it's about having depressive episodes and withdrawing myself into isolation; making it poppy is this weird cry for help".

In a live conference meeting a spokesperson from TTB said:
We didn't expect to win, let the truth be told. Though here we are, we have overcome hatred and baseless attacks against

Taslana but we have persevered. We are thriving in the nation of Taslana. We are pulling out all the stops and we will not settle for a half-assed show we will settle for no less. Let this be noted.
The majority of people will be welcomed into Taslana but we will suffer no fool, we are aware of acts against

We are glad to announce that our representatives for the 24th edition of Fantasia that is being hosted in

Taslana in Killamier will be popular Taslan duo, dumblonde with their song dreamsicle. dumblonde is a taslan alternative dance-pop duo consisting of Danity Kane members Shannon Bex and Aubrey O'Day.

When the duo was asked how they feel about representing their country they replied.
dumblonde: "yes bitch, yes".

After being bit to the post a FOURTH time running, Flírskmasto has decided to go big or go home. 1041 entries were sent into FMST, with the broadcaster deciding to use an internal audition process between thirteen acts to decide the ultimate entrant.

IT'S PUSSY RIOT FOR FLÍRSKMASTO

Never before has an act so openly anti-Cetenivk been chosen to represent the nation, not least as an Automatic Qualifier to the Grand Final. Officials at FMST have already been arrested on unrelated charges, in what the country calls a "crack down" on dissent following unrest in the country due to ongoing nationwide protests.

Eldancan committee has decided to go internal after opening up submissions for any Eldancan singer that wanted to represent the nation. A total of 7,812 were sent to the song panel, with the top 2 sent to the FBA, our final choice can be seen below:

Sofía Reyes

Úrsula Sofía Reyes Piñeyro (born September 25, 1995), simply known as Sofía Reyes, is a Eldancan singer-songwriter and actress. She rose to fame in 2018 with her song "1,2,3" which featured Jason Derulo and De La Ghetto. In 2019, she released the song "R.I.P." with Aquian singer

Anitta & Rita Ora. For "R.I.P.", Reyes won a Latin Eldancan Music Award and a LOS40 Music Award.

Farina

Farina Pao Paucar Franco (born September 16, 1986) professionally known as Farina, is a Eldancan reggaeton singer of
