SEMI-FINAL 1
All countries participating in this semi-final must vote.
Additionally, Burkina Faso, Mali and South Sudan have to vote as well.
SEMI-FINAL 2
All countries participating in this semi-final must vote.
Additionally, Morocco, South Africa and Zimbabwe have to vote as well.
THE VOTING
Every participating country along with the pre-qualified countries have to vote in their respective semi-final.
Keep in mind that voting in your semi-final is mandatory.
Regardless if you're a participant or not, you can vote in both semi-finals.
