this song has been rejected because Charlotte OC is only 25% Malawian, which falls below the 33% threshold necessary for OAfSC. Please find a new artist and song

I think Charlotte OC can be accepted, she has a strong connection to Malawi via her mother “ Growing up in outer Manchester suburbia, the daughter of a Malawi-Indian mother and Irish father”, just not with this song, it’s probably overused and unoriginal. With another song she might be fine.

MAURITIAN ENTRY REVEAL
"When Sunday's Gone" Sir Felix ft. Thallie Ann Seenyen (0:45+)
MBC has announced that the upcoming Mauritian entry for the 6th Own Africavision Contest will be the song "When Sunday's Gone" by Dutch DJ Sir Felix featuring Mauritius' very own Thallie Ann Seenyen. A self-employed singer-songwriter, Seenyen has established herself as a well-known voice in the electronic music industry. Their electronic track will surely light up the whole island during the upcoming festivities. We wish them the best of luck!
I'd like to thanks Marcos for this suggestion.
