UPDATE Well... it has been several months now since the voting had closed.. 🫠 Truth be told, I planned to finish everything before Eurovision back in May but things happened and I lost my interest then uni opened for a new semester and I lost my motivation to finish this even more. However, the wait is almost over now. Around 3/4 of the scoreboard is done so it's very likely to have the results within September.
More information will revealed on a later date!
MESSAGE During the voting period, the voting form also included the 'final note' segment for the participants to leave their final message to the contest. Now it's time for me to reply to them. 🥰
* Chante™ : thank you so much for giving me a platform to share so much incredible music form across the west indies. from the highs of arawa to the lows of resilient, it's been an incredible ride. now, let that money walk, don't fuck up my high, call me cleopatra, and wiggle with a fish. love you so much bestieana
- Thank you for also bringing the Caribbean flavors to the contest too. Too bad we didn't get a chance to go to the Caribbean but hey at least you managed to win BMF so maybeee 👀. I still stand by the point that Arawa would've won in other editions. Also, we're still waiting for entries from the rest of West Indies bebe.
* justjeffhere28 : I wanna say a HUGE thank you to Non for creating such a smart idea for a song contest, bringing back former nations with a new modern take. Had a lot of fun with exploring different nations and their new musical landscape. Gonna miss this contest a lot, and I'm happy to say that I got to win the last edition (not including All-Stars) with Queen Bibi herself.
- Aww thank you for the kind words I will also miss your serve as well. Knowing that you're cutting down contests because of IRL, I hope everything will go well on your side. :meowhug:
* uhsting : Huge thanks Non for the amazing editions with AVSC. I first joined with Alva Ravn which is when I was still pretty new to the forum. The contest introduced me to the community and I am thankful for the opportunity. In AVSC I was able to introduce amazing music from the Nordic region and in the process there are a couple of great discoveries from the contest! I wish you all the best in real life and the contest will be missed loads.
- I'm glad that AVSC was a door to SCF for you. 🤩 You really started your journey here with a banger and your other entries also served so harddd. Hopefully, we'll see your anticipated win in BMF soon x.

UPDATE #2 After all the tears and frustration, the slides are finally done!🥳I will start editing the video soon. I can't confirm if the results will be on the upcoming weekend as this week has been very exhausting for me (from both assignments and personal circumstances), so I'm gonna use most of my free time to relax and rest first. Hopefully, the results will be ready within the next week.🤞
More information will revealed on a later date!
MESSAGE (2/3)
* thomas (inactive): Thank you so much for this contest and I'm very sad to see it close and wish you all the best in the future İ loved having this contest to send music from Türkiye, probably my favourite industry in the world, all be it with many flops, and ım thankful for the many amazing songs I've discovered from here and i hope this contest gets revived one day so yhhh just thank u
- Ngl, I'm not a big fan of Turkish music industry oop, but I really do love some of your entries esp. sirenler and gidip gel :letmelisteningagain: Thank you for your words and for being a part of AVSC ever since before the break.🤩
* ukraineofcourse : Honestly she slayed, served cunt and then died. I will miss this
- :wellyes: She did. Some of your entries served cunt as well esp. the Soviet ones.
* Anton : After watching the recap, I felt kinda sad that I stopped participating in here. But you did a great job with an unique idea. Best of luck for everything coming up! And see you in BMF! ♥
- Thank you for joining us x. Even though you didn't stay with us long but at least you almost won so that was very impressive not so much for stealing from Cakhstan tho!!!. We'll be looking forwards for your Central Asian bops in BMF.
* Chim: many great songs !! i really enjoyed being a part of this contest thanks for the effort
- Thank you for joining the contest as well! :meowhug: I really enjoy your Lithuanian entries. I'm still obsessed with how you managed to send a South African-Lithuanian artist and how she got 8th while performing the death spot without an MV. Truly a mother move.
* Apostolis: you can choke
- ok byzantine 2 points it was cunt tho sortofkinda idk
* Queen of Mean (Inactive): My time participating wasn't the longest but it sure as hell was a fun (and successful) time and I so love the idea behind this contest, so seeing it executed so brilliantly was great. I wish you the very best of luck with whatever projects you have after this and if they are even half as good as AVSC was, they will be absolute bangers.
- To be honest, I was on a whip when I had the idea a contest with former countries lmao. I was just like "well we have contests with normal and fictional countries... what about the ones that are no longer exist?" and decided to open this contest on the spot. I'm glad you, and other users, enjoy this concept as well. 🖤 Also, back in the 7th edition, I was so happy to see you won, with an ultimate banger too. 5 Meter Mauern is still my favourite song in German.

MESSAGE (3/3)
* SwedishFailurez: You did great managing the entire contest Non, we will end this with a high note. Well done!
- Thank youuu. Thank you for your replacement vote back in the 16th(?) edition and for joining us as well even though it was just a short time but you managed to send banger after banger and Petit soldat.
* Kinoshita!: You forgot to include “Escape” and “Hatsukoi” here I’m afraid x
Joking aside, thank you for all the editions. The contest (as well as BMF) had such an unique concept that make the contest significantly outstanding. I totally enjoyed spamming anime weeb songs participating here and am sad to see this contest closed but oh well. 本当ありがとうございます!
- Thank you for joining the contest and serving all the Japanese bangers too. Love no I don't how the results took me long enough to the point that I can now read hiragana now lmao. We were so close to go to Japan but oh well.💔Lastly, I want to say that... Yurionicenators RISE!!!
* Fat Nepal: This was the second contest i joined in the forums right after OAmSC which gave me my first victory with Wild Heart too which is kinda giving but who cares, it was a pretty good concept and a contest where i could test Central American entries, also not forgetting my iconic 3rd place era where i should've won!!!, but yeah it'll be missed, having CGO Guatemala was an experience and I'm glad i could've achieved 2 victories in this contest, the only SCF where i won more than twice i think, at least you are staying with BMF as you are a great host.
- No, Wild Heart winning was not giving. Your third place era served so much cunt tho. Thanks for being with me in this contest since the start and almost for all the editions too. Looking back, the fact that Drummer Boy was the song to debut English was a very mother move as well. I still remember the time we used to talk with PM lmao. It was literally pain. The way I was still in grade 11 at that time and now I'm in the 3rd year now. Times do fly fast sometimes huh.
* EtCetera: The shift from Ezo to Formosa sure changed my results drastically. BUT nevertheless Ezo should've won the first edition!
Honestly I still regret the change cuz I wanted to win so badly with Ezo atleast once but the contest got too competitive and I ran out of songs ...
But nevertheless, Thank you for amazing editions, it was always a pleasure and thanks everybody for two victories!
- No but you really should've won the first edition. No shade to the actual winner x. Sad that we didn't get a chance to visit Hokkaido especially since you were so close to win twice... Now that I'm thinking, I just realized both the Japanese countries did not win but got 2nd twice, coincident..? Anyhow, even though Ezo didn't win but at least you got to win with Formosa, not once but twice. Thank you for joining this contest since the very beginning.🥰
* João: To be honest, I loved participating in this contest, to share the music that I love, and even winning it once. This was one of the first contests I participated when I joined, so it makes it even more special for me that this contest is closing. AVSC was one of my favourite contests, I will never forget it.
- Aww I'm glad that you did enjoy AVSC. :meowhug: I also really like your entries here as well!
* MG: Dear fans and supporters of the Ancient Vision Song Contest,
It is with great sadness that we learned of the announcement of the closing of the Ancient Vision Song Contest. We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest appreciation to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and to the organizers of the contest for their dedication and hard work in making this event possible.
As a participant in the contest, we feel a deep sense of regret that we never won the contest. While we are proud of the performances and songs that we shared with the world, we cannot help but wonder what could have been if we had been able to take home the coveted title.
However, we would like to remind ourselves and our fans that winning is not everything. The Ancient Vision Song Contest was a platform for us to share our music and connect with people from all over the world. We were able to showcase our talents and creativity, and we are grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of this exciting musical journey.
To all of the contestants who participated in the contest, we thank you for your contributions and for inspiring us with your music. You have made an impact on the music industry and on us, and we hope that your careers will continue to flourish and bring joy to the world.
Finally, we would like to thank all of our fans and supporters for their unwavering support and encouragement. You have been with us every step of the way, and we could not have done it without you. We will always cherish the memories and experiences that we shared with you through the Ancient Vision Song Contest.
Thank you,
Mihai
- Thank you ChatGPT. OK actually, thank you for joining the contest since ages ago x. Your Hawaii era was very qunty and yes, Sorry Now was still a winner in my heart. I also enjoy your Dutch Caribbean serves as well even though 8/10 of them are OAmSC entries both those you sent before and after there. Too bad we didn't get a change to have acts from Sint Maarten and Saba tho but the latter one made sense. :simon:

This has to be the craziest video I've ever done. FYI, the thumbnail is Knomjean aka the first artist to perform on AVSC.
